If any goods you receive are damaged or faulty please let us know IMMEDIATELY on receipt and we will endeavour to replace them as soon as possible.

If you have booked on a course and cancel up to a month before the event, then a refund will be given. If you cancel up to a week before the event, you will be given a credit note to spend on any Spiritus product or service. If you cancel in the 7 days prior to the event, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or credit note.

From time to time Spiritus may have to cancel events.

When this happens it is because the cancellation is unavoidable and a full refund will be given.
